Bob Arum, Top Rank promoter, thinks Joshua Clottey may just upset Manny Pacquiao in the 2010 Manny Pacquiao vs Joshua Clottey fight.

“I’m gonna fight with the best guy out there and I know that it’s not easy. It’s not easy for me. It’s not easy for Manny Pacquiao,” said Clottey.

Clottey says that his strategy for the fight will remain a secret. Arum believes anything can happen in this fight.
